01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bedrock Cloud ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Bedrock Cloud ("we", "us", "our").

02Description of Service

Bedrock Cloud is a pay-as-you-go API gateway that provides managed access to AI language models through an Anthropic-compatible API interface. The Service includes API proxying, key management, balance billing, usage tracking, rate limiting, and related tools. Users top up a USD balance (via USDT TRC20 or Binance Pay) and are billed per request by exact token cost.

03API Key and Account

• ›You create API keys from your account dashboard.
• ›You are responsible for keeping your API key confidential. Do not share your key publicly or embed it in client-side code.
• ›You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your API key.
• ›We reserve the right to revoke or disable any API key at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including suspected abuse or violation of these terms.

04Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• ›Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• ›Attempt to circumvent rate limits, balance checks, or other usage restrictions.
• ›Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying infrastructure of the Service.
• ›Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely claim affiliation with any person or entity.
• ›Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service.
• ›Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages or spam.
• ›Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• ›Share, resell, or redistribute your API key without authorization.

05Billing and Balance

The Service operates on a pay-as-you-go model. You pre-fund a USD balance and each request is deducted at exact token cost (input tokens, output tokens, cache read tokens, and cache write tokens are each priced separately).

• ›Balance top-ups are accepted via USDT TRC20 or Binance Pay.
• ›Requests are rejected when your balance reaches zero.
• ›Top-up amounts are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
• ›Per-key rate limits (requests per minute) are configurable from your dashboard.
• ›We are not liable for disruptions caused by an insufficient balance.

06No Data Storage

The Service operates as a transparent proxy. We do not store, log, or retain the content of your API requests or responses. Prompt text, messages, images, file contents, and model outputs pass through our servers and are not persisted. We only store minimal operational metadata necessary to enforce usage limits and billing: token counts, timestamps, model names, and HTTP status codes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

07Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any downtime, latency, or service interruptions.

08Upstream Providers

The Service routes requests to third-party AI model providers. We do not control these upstream services and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, content policies, or any changes to their APIs. Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms and policies of the upstream model providers.

09Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you send through the Service. We claim no ownership or license over your prompts, messages, or the AI-generated outputs you receive. The Bedrock Cloud brand, logo, and website content are our property and may not be reproduced without permission.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bedrock Cloud and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the balance amount you have deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim, or $50 USD, whichever is less.

11Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, be available without interruption, or be free of errors.

12Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

13Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing other remedies.
